The Founding Class is Taking Shape

Students taking the entrance exam on February 18th received a special visit and episcopal blessing from Bishop Richard Henning, Coadjutor Bishop of the Diocese of Providence. We thank Bishop Henning for his gracious presence and reaffirm our commitment to always working with and under our shepherds.
The incoming ninth and tenth grade classes are taking shape, with enrolled students from Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut! However, seats remain available, and we encourage interested families to complete the application at their earliest convenience.
Another CLT8 testing date will be announced shortly.

We will host a social night at the school for interested and accepted families on March 25th. Those who attend will get an opportunity to engage with our founding headmaster, Dr. Robert Duffy, who will be joining us virtually. Please mark your calendars, invite to follow.
Due to the generosity of our donors, we will be able to provide limited financial aid for our first year. Families with serious needs should complete a financial aid application.

As a work entirely of the lay faithful of the Catholic Church, we do not receive any financial support from state, local diocesan, or other entities. Thus, we rely solely on the generosity of people like you that recognize the need for a Chesterton Academy in Rhode Island. By using our gifts from God together, we hope to bring Him glory by forming the next generation to be faithful disciples of Christ.

Many of you have already responded to our ask and we are sincerely grateful. We are almost halfway to our goal and are confident with your help we can raise all needed funds to put us on a strong financial footing as we kickoff our first year. We still have 100% matching funds available as well as spots on our "Founding 100" campaign. The first 100 individuals, families, businesses, or groups to donate $1,000 (or more) will be perpetual members of the 'Founding 100' and will have their name engraved on a plaque that will be forever displayed in our school. Example engravings include "The Smith Family", "Friends of St. Joe's Church", or "XYZ Business". Please prayerfully consider if you are being called to participate in our mission in this way - or if you know of a friend, family member, or business that you can share this opportunity with.
